Jamesbury™ brand valves have always been recognized leaders in valve technology. For more than 65 years, our unique features have been field-proven to provide trouble-free shut-off in thousands of applications just like yours. This experience allows us to provide a butterfly valve that can lower your costs without risking performance.
Our high-performance valves combine a number of seat designs and revolutionary Xtreme™ sealing technology to provide you with the tightest-sealing, longest-lasting, lowest-cost alternative to gate valves, as well as to other heavier, rotary-type valves. Wafer-Sphere™ high-performance butterfly valve's life is far greater than a traditional butterfly valve, they are often a more cost-effective solution even for applications without high-performance service demands.
Flowrox™
Valmet's vast flow control offering includes Flowrox™ pinch valves and slurry knife gate valves for demanding flow control applications. Flowrox pinch valves are suitable for both shut-off (isolation) and control duties. Each valve is engineered to perform reliably in challenging conditions where conventional valves often suffer from wear due to increased turbulence.
In processes involving abrasive slurries, having only one wear-resistant component in contact with the medium – the elastomer sleeve – is a significant advantage. This design minimizes maintenance needs and reduces spare part consumption. We also tailor our valve solutions to meet specific process requirements.
Flowrox industrial pumps serve a wide range of process industries. Peristaltic hose pumps and progressive cavity pumps are specifically designed for demanding processes involving abrasive, corrosive, highly viscous or crystallizing media with high solids content. Flowrox peristaltic hose pumps are installed worldwide in numerous slurry applications, as well as progressive cavity pumps in paste pumping applications.
